AlloMap Sample Preparation Training
Only a few simple steps are required to prepare samples for AlloMap molecular expression testing at the XDx Reference Laboratory. These include centrifuging the sample, re-suspending the white blood cells in the plasma, washing the cells, and lysing the cells. XDx provides everything you need and appropriate training to consistently prepare reliable samples for AlloMap testing.

XDx supplies to each customer an XDx Reference Laboratory Services Guide. The guide provides an overview of AlloMap testing, sample collection, preparation, and shipping procedures, MSDS information, Customer Service contact information and more. Also, you will get periodic updates to the guide. When you receive updates, please follow the instructions for replacing the old information with the updated information. AlloMap Sample Preparation Training Video
XDx supplies an AlloMap Sample Preparation Training Video to each customer. The Video (available in DVD or VHS) provides an overview of AlloMap testing and step-by-step sample preparation instructions. The video is a useful tool for training new personnel in AlloMap sample preparation—or as review for trained laboratory personnel.
Onsite Training
The experienced XDx professionals provide hands-on training for your laboratory staff. Your laboratory personnel can learn the key steps for ensuring a high-integrity sample.
