XDx is committed to working with you to seek coverage from your insurance company and manage the billing process efficiently. Our financial team is available to help you and your transplant clinic answer any questions regarding the use, billing and reimbursement of AlloMap testing. In addition, many insurance related questions are addressed in the Patient FAQ.

We welcome you to contact us for assistance in:
Determining if your physician can order AlloMap testing (even if your insurer has not made a positive coverage decision)
Gathering the necessary information to bill your insurer appropriately
Obtaining the best coverage/reimbursement from your insurer for the test
